Patti is president and chief executive officer of United Way of the Concho Valley.  She guides the strategic direction of the organization to address the health and human service needs of the Concho Valley.  Under her leadership, United Way leverages the expertise and passion of donors, volunteers and staff to support programs and create long-term solutions in our community.  She  also develops and coordinates all marketing for United Way of the Concho Valley.  Patti holds a Bachelor's degree and is a graduate of the United Way of America ExecuSTEP program.  Patti has been with United Way of the Concho Valley since 1996. Before coming to United Way she worked with KLST-TV as Assistant News Director and reporter.

Carol oversees the investment of dollars into the community at United Way of the Concho Valley.  She is also responsible for oversight of the Front Runner Campaign, Emergency Food and Shelter Program and the Hope for the Holiday Program. Carol is active in the community and serves on several community boards to ensure United Way of the Concho Valley has current and up to date information on community needs. She holds a M.ED in Administration.  Prior to joining the United Way in May of 2002, Carol served as an administrator in the San Angelo Independent School District.

Shane leads the strategic business operations for United Way of the Concho Valley.  In this role, he oversees the financial systems, resources and assets of the United Way.  He manages the financial affairs and insures accountability with regulatory standards.  Shane also directs the Combined Federal Campaign.  Prior to joining United Way, Shane worked as a financial controller for a local private business.  Shane holds a BBA in Accounting and has been with the United Way of the Concho Valley since 2002.

Donna directs all aspects of organizational fundraising for United Way of the Concho Valley, including the annual workplace campaign and the State Employee Charitable Campaign.  She also organizes all events such as the Gift of Hope Celebrity Golf Tournament and the annual Children's Parade.  Prior to coming to United Way, Donna served as office manager for a local water district. She has worked for United Way since 2000.

Adam Czajkowski, Data and IT Manager Phone: 949-3716, Ext. 30 Email: adam@uwconchovalley.org Adam is responsible for managing all United Way of the Concho Valley’s databases, technologies and providing technology support and training.  Primary duties include: analyzing systems and processes; maintaining workstations and networks; and developing reports to assist campaign and community impact staff.  Prior to coming to the United Way, Adam served as accountant in a variety of industries.  Adam joined the United Way team in March 2010.

Jessica Landers, Campaign Associate/Administrative Assistant Phone: 949-3716, Ext. 21 Email: jessica@uwconchovalley.org Jessica provides support to the United Way Campaign, President/CEO and then to the United Way Staff in carrying out the organization's objectives. In addition, Jessica acts as liaison to the board of directors, and is responsible for coordinating all meetings and events involving the board, executive committee and nominating committee.  Prior to joining the United Way, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant for a private business in New Jersey.  Jessica holds a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies and a Masters Degree in Women's Studies.  Jessica has been with United Way since February 2012.
