2010 UWCV Campaign Kickoff
The kickoff for the 2010 UWCV Campaign will be at Children's Parade held at Kirby Park in San Angelo on Saturday, August 28. Children, organizations and groups are encouraged to decorate bikes, trikes and themselves and walk along the parade route.
